Offscrypt Ops：メール連携について

Offscrypt Opsは、Offscrypt株式会社が自社の事業と代表者の業務のために運用する非公開の業務管理システムです。「Offscrypt Ops」は、それらの事業のGmailを各事業のOps画面につなぐためのGoogleログイン用アプリです。

できること：

• 連携したメールボックスを読み込み、Ops画面で一覧・整理・検索します。オーナーやスタッフの操作に応じて、ラベル付け、アーカイブ、ゴミ箱への移動を行います。
• オーナーが依頼したときに下書きを保存します。自動でメールを送信することはありません。
• オーナーが選んだ場合に限り、カレンダーの予定を読み取ります。
• Offscrypt自身のAIアシスタントは、オーナーが依頼した作業のためだけに、メールの内容や、そこから作ったメモ・要約・下書きを外部のAI企業に送信する場合があります：OpenAI（メールの確認、返信案、要約）、Google（音声での回答）、xAI（アシスタントの長い作業メモの短縮）、Anthropic（オーナーの作業カードの作成と確認）、TypeSafe（メモがわかりやすい言葉か確認）。お客様のウェブサイトからの問い合わせは、スタッフが対応できるよう、その事業のチームチャット（Slack）にも投稿します。詳しくは「プライバシー」ページをご覧ください。

利用できる人：Offscrypt株式会社の事業のオーナーとスタッフのみ（各事業のメールボックスを使用）。一般には提供していません。

Offscrypt Ops: mail connection

Offscrypt Ops is the private back office that Offscrypt Inc. (Offscrypt株式会社) runs for its own businesses and its owner's office. "Offscrypt Ops" is the Google sign-in app that connects those businesses' own Gmail mailboxes to their own Ops workspace.

What the app does:

• Reads the connected mailbox so its Ops workspace can list, sort and search the mail, and labels, archives or moves mail to trash when the owner or staff do so.
• Saves drafts in the connected mailbox when the owner asks. It never sends mail on its own.
• Reads the connected calendar only where the owner chose it.
• Offscrypt's own AI helpers may send mail content, and notes, summaries and drafts made from it, to outside AI companies, only to do work the owner asked for: OpenAI (reading mail, replies and summaries), Google (voice answers), xAI (shortening a helper's long working notes), Anthropic (writing and checking the owner's task cards) and TypeSafe (checking that notes are in plain words). A customer's website enquiry is also posted to the business's own team chat (Slack) so staff can answer. See the Privacy page.

Who can use it: only the owner and staff of Offscrypt Inc.'s own businesses, each with their own business mailbox. It is not offered to the public.
