取得する情報：事業者がGoogleのメールボックスをOffscrypt Opsに連携した場合、そのメールボックスに限り、次のことを行う場合があります。

• メールの閲覧、ラベル付け、アーカイブ、ゴミ箱への移動（Gmailの「modify」権限。完全に削除することはありません）。各事業のOps画面でメールを表示・整理するためです。
• 下書きの保存（Gmailの「compose」権限）。オーナーが依頼した下書きのみで、オーナーの操作なしに送信することはありません。
• カレンダーの予定の閲覧（「閲覧のみ」権限）。オーナーがカレンダーの連携を選んだ場合に限ります。

利用目的：その事業のOps画面の運用（メールの一覧・検索・整理、依頼された下書きの作成、リマインダー）に限ります。Googleユーザーデータを販売・貸与したり、広告に使用したりすることはありません。Offscrypt自身のAIアシスタントは、オーナーが依頼した作業のためだけに、メールの内容や、そこから作ったメモ・要約・下書きを次の企業に送信する場合があります：OpenAI（メールの確認、返信案と要約の作成）、Google（音声での回答）、xAI（アシスタントの長い作業メモの短縮）、Anthropic（オーナーの作業カードの作成と確認）、TypeSafe（メモがわかりやすい言葉か確認）。AI企業には、その利用条件と当社のアカウント設定により汎用AIモデルの学習に使われないことを確認できる場合に限り送信し、確認できない場合は送信しません。お客様のウェブサイトからの問い合わせの通知（送信者、件名、本文）は、スタッフが対応できるよう、その事業のチームチャット（Slack）に投稿します。他の事業の業務のためには利用しません。

保管場所：各事業専用のOpsサーバー上の、その事業専用の非公開領域に、ログインで保護し、他の事業とは分けて保管します。ログイン用のトークンは、その事業専用の領域内で、サーバーの管理用アカウントだけが読める非公開ファイルに保管し、人に表示したりログに書き込んだりすることはありません。

保管期間と削除：メールの複製は連携中のみ保管します。オーナーはGoogleアカウント（セキュリティ＞サードパーティによるアクセス）またはarco@offscrypt.jpへのご連絡で、いつでも連携を解除できます。ご依頼があれば、そのメールボックスのログイン用トークンとメールをOpsから直ちに削除し、メールで完了をお知らせします。バックアップを含むすべての複製は、特定の法的保存義務がある場合を除き、90日以内に削除されます。

限定的な使用：Offscrypt OpsによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、限定的な使用の要件を含むGoogle APIサービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに準拠します。

Offscrypt Ops: privacy policy

What we access. When a business connects a Google mailbox to Offscrypt Ops, the app may, for that mailbox only:

• read, label, archive and move messages to trash (Gmail "modify"; nothing is deleted for good), to show and organise the business's mail in its own Ops workspace;
• save drafts (Gmail "compose"), only drafts the owner asked for; nothing is sent without the owner;
• read calendar events (Calendar "read only"), only if the owner chose to connect the calendar.

How we use it. Only to run that business's own Ops workspace: listing, searching and organising mail, preparing drafts the owner asked for, and reminders. We do not sell or rent Google user data or use it for advertising. Offscrypt's own AI helpers may send mail content, and notes, summaries and drafts made from it, to these companies, only to do work the owner asked for: OpenAI (reading mail, preparing replies and summaries), Google (voice answers), xAI (shortening a helper's long working notes), Anthropic (writing and checking the owner's task cards) and TypeSafe (checking that notes are in plain words). We send it to an AI company only where its terms and our account settings stop it being used to train general AI models; otherwise we do not send it. A notice of a customer's website enquiry (sender, subject and text) is posted to the business's own team chat (Slack) so staff can answer. The mail is not used for another business's work.

Where it is kept. On the business's own Ops server, in that business's own private store, behind sign-in and separate from every other business. Sign-in tokens are kept in a private file that only the server's owner account can read, inside that business's own store, and are never shown to people or written into logs.

Keeping and deleting. Mail copies are kept while the mailbox is connected. The owner can disconnect at any time in their Google account (Security > Third-party access) or by writing to arco@offscrypt.jp; when you ask, we delete that mailbox's sign-in tokens and mail from Ops at once and confirm by email; every copy, including backups, is gone within 90 days, unless a named legal hold applies.

Limited use. Offscrypt Ops's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
